Parallell commission at Elnesvågen

Together with Oslo Works and Asplan Viak we’ve been selected to participate in a parallell commission for urban development strategies in Elnesvågen. The other teams selected are Fragment/Snøhetta/Formløs/K-Næss and Ghilardi Hellsten.
